Okay so I am publicly announcing my New Years resolution In hopes of keeping up with them. Didn’t work last year, but hell with it, let’s try again.
1. Be a healthy vegetarian
I love meat, but I want to start taking food preservatives out of my life and grass fed beef is out of my budget.
2. 100 Days of Happiness
I have a depression problem that I have struggled with for most if my life. I am currently doing well, but every little problem is a chance for me to slip up. I read about a 100 days of happiness challenge. A challenge is which everyday you post about what made you happy. I am going to attempt this to show the progress I have made
